To date, it’s been the technology and product companies that have been winning at
the wearable tech game. So, we were delighted to see fashion design institution
The CFDA getting into the game with these bracelets. As part of a partnership with
eBay, designers including Mara Hoffman and Rachel Zoe put their designs on these
wearable gadgets that both charge iPhones and transfer data. While the devices are
by no means cutting edge technology, it’s nice to see designers sitting up and
paying attention.
