AMAZON + DEREK LAM
Internet retail tycoon, Amazon, recently launched its fashion arm, “Amazon Fashion.” On March
it’s
7th the company announced it’s first step in a new monobrand online retail venture, partnering
with New York designer, Derek Lam. The 10 Crosby shop-in-shop is a first for Amazon, putting
it in direct competition with Yoox. Amazon plans to use this model with other future brand
partnerships.
