THINKlocal Greenfield / West Allis - Spring 15' | Page 8
Why was
thinklocal
created?
BP
For many reasons, but the
main reason was for our desire
to give local businesses and the
community something better.
If you get to know Russ and I (as
with most small business owners),
we don’t work simply for profits;
rather we’re driven by our belief in
greater things. We know that people
like good deals and we’ll bring
them, but we want THINKlocal to be
more than that.
We want to help you learn about
the people behind the businesses in
your community, what drives them
and why they are so passionate
about their products and service.
To know that Craig left corporate
America 14 years ago to open his
HVAC business out of his desire
to be a more present father and
husband; that Melissa opened
her flower shop after years of
working for others because she
wanted to bring more affordable

floral arrangements to people in
her community; that Tim is a third
generation carpenter whose family
has been in this community for the
last 55 years. Stories such as these
are behind every business - each
one unique and special.
Our local small business owners
are our friends and neighbors and
an outstanding group of people
who are bearing great risk to
pursue grand
dreams. We, at
Dot Ten, providers
of THINKlocal,
offer our support
to them and want
to encourage that
you do as well.
We want to help
you get to better
know your doctor,
mechanic, home
repair specialist,
insurance agent,
grocer. We all
hear that small
business is
critical to our
local economy and
although true, that
message alone
fails to give us
enough reason
to spend an extra dollar or go in
rat
