Fitness in my home town. From that point I became a gym rat. After a few years I decided that I wanted to own
my own facility.”

gym to see all my favorite people!”
FAVORITE PART OF THE BUSINESS?: “My favorite part is seeing all the pounds shed and the lives changed.”

and most of our meats from a local butcher. Its deeper that supporting a local business, you are building
