EDITOR’S CHOICE AWARD GAMING GEAR AWARD ROCCAT TYON WHITE RRP: $99.99 | Website: www.roccat.org I ’ve used, gamed and written about several ROCCAT mice in the past and with each one I always came away feeling that ROCCAT would not sacrifice their focus, quality control and design for the trend. When it was fashionable to make mice with an absurd number of buttons, ROCCAT stuck with a few basic buttons. When DPI was the craze, they kept releasing mice with usable sensitivity options and tracking precision, even when the firm did have an 8200 DPI laser mouse. The sleek, but cutting edge design of a svelte curves and accentuated by angular lines of the numerous buttons make for one striking mouse. Painted in a matt powder white offset between the two black sides makes this easily the most attractive mouse I have ever come across. Add to this the base LED lighting system that traces the circumference of the mouse and LED lit scroll wheel and it comes together, dare I say - perfectly. Set all the LEDs to pure white and you’re incentivized to purchase any one of the LED backlit keyboards to match it. Some may be indifferent to it, but from where I stand this mouse deserves a perfect score for aesthetics and it certainly gets one from me. Visual cues aside, the most fundamental part of a mouse is in how it works while gaming. This is
