For immersive retailer The Cloak & Wand, we created“ Alice”— a hybrid live and AI-powered digital character inspired by Alice in Wonderland. Using our proprietary technology platform, Alice was streamed live from the UK or operated autonomously via AI, engaging visitors with real-time conversations, product recommendations, and magical storytelling. Integrated camera recognition enabled her to greet guests, respond naturally, and remember returning visitors. Alice promotes 93 unique products while delivering consistent, brand-aligned guest experience.

To promote M3GAN 2.0 at Westfield Stratford, we delivered the venue’ s first AI-driven audience-interactive film promotion. Using camera recognition, ME3GAN identified clothing colours of passers-by and responded with personalised, pre-recorded lines synced in real time. The activation sustaining 8 hours of uninterrupted engagement in a single day driving footfall with QR-coded giveaways— demonstrating the power of AI characters to turn heads in high-traffic spaces.
