Ensee Ltd is a UK-based specialist in themed construction, animatronics, props and special effects for theme parks and attractions. We deliver projects entirely in-house, from structural steel fabrication( EN1090 EXC2) and scenic artistry to control systems, lighting and installation. We engineered two large motorised water wheels constructed from heavy duty steel and intricately textured with epoxy putty to achieve a fully authentic finish. Alongside these, we designed and built two lifelike animatronic crocodiles, delivering a striking combination of mechanical precision and immersive theming. All elements were fully fabricated and assembled by our specialist team for seamless integration on site.
We created over 25 animatronic figures combining 3D printed components, GRP finishes, and stainless steel 316 frames. Each pneumatically actuated figure was powered by our Beckhoff PLC control system, enabling dynamic DMX programming. All figures and scenic elements were fully fabricated and installed by our expert team to deliver a seamless immersive experience.
