Kynren: The Storied Lands
Roadtrip Studios partnered with Daniel Kerscher to create a concept for a full-day historical park to accompany the existing Kynren show. The park, Kynren: The Storied Lands, will tell the story of England’ s history through historical villages, liveaction shows, and large-scale performances. The Roadtrip team develop it into a timeless experience for dynamic audiences while partnering with other industry experts to deliver turn-key solutions. With the trust and support of our industry partners, our team leads and collaborates creatively on some of the largest projects in the experience design world all from our studio in the heart of London. Our most ambitious project to date being the 150 Acre historical theme park Kynren: The Storied Lands located in County Durham UK focused on the history of England.
The Old Stone Tavern Complex
Located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the Old Stone Tavern is one of the last surviving commercial colonialera structures in the United States. Roadtrip Studios developed a visionary master plan to restore and reopen the tavern and its surrounding properties, transforming them into a vibrant restaurant, distillery, and entertainment venue designed to revitalize a historic borough of Pittsburgh. This initiative not only saved the building from demolition but also secured its designation as a U. S. National Historic Landmark in 2022. After years of collaboration, preservation work, and careful planning, the Old Stone Tavern Complex is set to welcome the public in 2027.
produced the full blue-sky design package and has since completed three concept phases. Currently under construction, the first additions to the park are set to open in 2026. With additional phases planned the final version of the park is expected to open in 2032.
