Grappenhall & Thelwall Open Weekend Fri 1st & Sat 2nd May Welcome This is the inaugural Grappenhall & Thelwall weekend. It promises to be a fantastic time for everyone involved and we hope you find this guide useful in making the most of it! A tremendous amount happens in our villages throughout the year, with hundreds of people involved in dozens of community organisations. It is hoped that this Open Weekend will provide a real flavour of the many things that you can get involved with in Grappenhall and Thelwall. This could be a new hobby, an activity for the kids or something for the whole family to try. I am sure that there is something happening during the Open Weekend which will capture your imagination. This weekend has been a year in the making and has involved a huge number of people representing the different groups putting on activities - I would like to thank them all, but knowing the risks of listing names I will simply say ‘they know whotheyare’.
