To quote my mother in law, “I did my best. More, I cannot do.”
Or can I?
Learning by doing is very intensive, even when people sit in a classroom. But like the cat learning
to play football so it can catch mice, doing something in a foreign language helps you master the
real situation when you need to.
And when a group of people scattered around the globe assemble a simple photography
exhibition, they will, at some point start talking about it. If the environment is right, if people
care and if people act and do something, it becomes a learning experience.
It may fade into distant memory, but this experience will never be forgotten. And then, learning
to do will be understood.
Even, in a foreign language.
