Kay, Colours of Roots and Shades by
Kerry Kay. She is not one to limit herself as
she allows God to “spin the wheel” every time.
Kerry studied fashion as a young adult and was quick-
ly recognised by a UK fabric boutique where she started
working and soon managed the daily operations. She went on to
excel in the fashion retail industry where she worked for a total of 7
years with 2 well known retailers.
Kerry is small in stature but a force to be reckoned with, having firmly
established herself as an expert in her field. Her innovativeness, as
well as being the astute, industrious, ambitious and creative person she
is, Kerry sought to find the region that produced fashion which best
complimented women of colour. This search, also driven by her love
for colours and quality, led her to Brazil, where she became globally
marketable through her line of Brazilian jeans and swim wear.
