Originating out of Barbados , Founder , Alison Browne-Ellis and Co-Founders , Keri Mapp and Tricia Griffith hold a vision to unite an army of stronger , well-rounded Boss Ladies where empowerment , mentorship , and collaboration comes second to nature and where all women are focused on winning . Recognising that greater competence in women naturally increases our confidence level , a key focus for the team is the training and professional development of women .
