The summer is upon us , and so is the scorching heat . There is also the pressure to fit into your itsy-bitsy-teenie weenie-yellowpolka-dot-bikini and bare it all at the beach . After being in ‘ hibernation ’ for who knows how long ( I stopped counting ), I ’ m just utterly grateful that places like the beach have started to re-open . But hey , let us not pretend that hibernation was a walk in the park , you might have gained a few pounds , might be a bit socially awkward , and are probably even considering trying some new beauty services to get you back to that place where you were really ‘ feeling ya self ’.
When going through these transition phases and the in-between phase of getting from ‘ old me ’ to ‘ new me ’, we may be prone to going a bit overboard . Our need to feel normal again may blindside us ; we may likely spend on things we wouldn ’ t normally even consider spending on .
