The first floor was challenging to design however
using the exisiting building plans inspired me to keep the
bar within the first floor as when visiting the building and
spoke with the owner, he mentioned how the bar creates
a magnet that brings people
together.

Materials
When visited the existing building there wasn’t any room
being made, however this has encouraged me to create
and build rooms within this floor to complete the ‘Hotel’
concept. Each of these rooms are created for the each
character’s personal narrative that could help the visitors
to unravel the truth.
