Uwe Langmann Can you please tell us a bit more about yourself, and your journey as a photographer to date? I’m a fine art photographer based in southern Germany. I started photography around 2009 after making short films for many years. I’m a passionate art lover since my early teenage days. I also did enjoy creating my own artworks early on, starting with drawings and paintings, gradually leaning towards making short films with my friends. This became a real passion as two of my friends started a small film production company and we could make our short movies together. After some small success (my last film screened in the short film section of the Cannes Film Festival) I decided to quit making movies because it got increasingly harder to finance them. However while in pre-production for what should become my first feature length film I made a series of photographs as a screenplay to catch the look and atmosphere of the film, that’s how everything started for me. © Uwe Langmann http://www.uwelangmann.com/
