Ingredients: 1 cup maida,

1/2 cup cocoa,

1/2 cup oil / Ghee,

1/2 cup chopped walnuts,

1 cup fresh curt [not sour]

3/4 cup powdered sugar,

1-1/2 tsp. Vanilla essence,

1-1/2 tsp Baking powder,

1/2 tsp Soda.

Method: Mix sugar n curd well. Stir till sugar dissolves completely. Add baking powder n soda. Mix well. Keep aside for 2-3 minutes, till bubbles start to appear. Add oil or ghee to the curd mixture. Add essence n cocoa n mix well. Lastly add the flour n walnuts n mix well.Pour the mixture into a 7" greased square baking tray. Bake in preheatedd oven at 140'C for 25-30 minutes.To check poke the knife insidet he brownie, if it won't stick its ready. Remove from oven n cool it. Cut into square pieces. Serve with Vanilla Icecream.
