What Is Ebola?

Ebola is a DANGEROUS VIRUS that can cause people to get very sick and even die. The virus is
causing the biggest problems in western Africa, where it has spread quickly. People all over the world
are concerned about Ebola and are taking steps to stop it and to treat those who are sick. The first case
of Ebola has been registered in Mumbai.

How K. Srikanth Beat Lin Dan, a Badminton Record Holder Who Has Won 495 Out of 559

The final of the China Open was simply a formality in the eyes of many. And this
was not only because of perception. It was actually cold, hard statistics that gave
rise to the feeling. Kidambi Srikkanth is a young, rising Indian player who has
made it as high as 13th in the world and facing him was Lin Dan -- a genius for
whom rankings have ceased to matter.
A look at Lin Dan's career record as he entered the final showed just why he is such a great player. In his badminton
career coming into the match, Dan had played 559 matches with 495 wins and just 64 losses. His record this year with
29 matches, 28 wins, 1 loss (due to injury) spoke volumes of his caliber, and the magnitude of Srikanth’s victory.

ROHIT SHARMA’S DOUBLE DOUBLE CENTURY
On 13 November, Rohit Sharma scored 264 against Sri Lanka at Eden Gardens, Kolkata. By
scoring 264 Rohit Sharma became the first man to hit two double hundreds in ODI cricket. No
cricketer has ever achieved the feat before, with Tendulkar and Sehwag having scored 1 double
century each.
Rohit had scored his first double hundred against Australia in Bangalore last year.
