Exam Paranoia
How to bust the exam stress?
1) Organise yourself and create a time
table
2)Study one topic at a time and do it in
depth
3)When you study, ensure you are doing
it to gain knowledge, and not to give a
mere exam.
Exams are always lurking around the corner,
Testing and questioning all that you have learnt in a year.
Whether itʼs grades or marks or just mere class exams in lieu of
the finals,
To impress parents with great results, is what freaks out the
4)Consolidate your thoughts and stay
focused while you give the exam

students.
What will happen if I donʼt do well,
What will happen if I fail,
Is what kills all that one knows well.
An exam is just an exam,
A Very Important Shloka From the Bhagwad
Gita
Itʼs just a test of what you know.
It tells you what you know well,
And what more you need to know to grow.
Whether you do well in the exam or not,
Remember your parents will always love you.
You are all in this together,
And your parents are there to help you.
So study to learn something new,
Study to get a better understanding.
Stay calm and focused on all that you learn,
So that you can give your best shot, nothing withstanding.
This shloka means, that it is your right to work
to the best of your ability, but the fruits are
not in your hand. Don’t let the fruit of your
hard work, be the motive of your action and
don’t let the attachment or the want of the
fruit, lead to inaction. Why? Because the fruit
is not in your hands, where as your karma or
the effort you put in is.
