My Favourite Gadget

How Life Quaked in Nepal
By Alaika (Age: 10)
Life will never be the same,
sometimes I ask myself is this some
game?
I find it very, very, very sad, after all
for Nepalis,
they must be going mad!!!
It is very tough for our neighbours,
so we have sent them
some saviours.
I have many gadgets like a psp, ps4, watch,
mobile etc., but my favourite is my mumma's
mobile. I like mumma's phone not only for the
games, but because I can talk to my dad
through it. My dad is in the army and posted on the field; so when other kids play with
their fathers, the phone is the only source
through which I can speak to my father, making me feel as if he is sitting right next to me.
When there is an annual day function in the
school which my dad can't attend due to his
field posting, I always send pics through
one app or the other, so that he does not
miss my performance.
Now that the summer vacation is coming up...
I open the calendar in my mom's mobile everyday, and count how many days are left to meet
my dad.
I also do lot of other things with mumma's
phone.. Yes... yes I play games on it also so
that I can compete with my dad and win; and
then I can ask him to give me a reward. The
reward which I will ask my dad will be, "Dad
please come back soon."
A big thank you to the person who made a cel-
lular phone... the gadget which keeps me
connected with my dad... my hero.
The Earth has taken their livelihood,
and it is our duty to care.
Do something, save them!
Save all that that god together gave
us.
Their houses have turned to dust ,
Help them out, you must!
