YOUNG CHRONICLE November 28th , 2014 How to Make a Jazzy Aeroplane Using Paper Mahendra Singh Dhoni Retires from Test Cricket M.S Dhoni, decided to retire from test cricket. Test Cricket is a long format of the game, where a match lasts about 5 days. The game is usually slow, and is not played very often these days, since people prefer watching matches that get over in a day. Dhoni’s retirement shocked many. The announcement was sudden, as he had not indicated that such a decision was coming. Some people have linked his retirement to India’s bad performance in the last Test Series with Australia. But Dhoni claims that playing many formats of the game, T20, One Day Matches, and Test Matches, was getting stressful and he wanted to concentrate on the One Day Innings Matches and T20s. Dhoni has been one of the best captains India has had. It was under his captaincy that India rose to be the number one team in the world. His leaving even one format of the game has shocked many.
