Back to the Future and the Hendo Hoverboard
One of the inventions on the Time Magazine’s ‘The 25 Best Inventions of 2014’ list is the Hendo hoverboard. The
hoverboard—a type of skateboard that moves like a magic carpet—had been a pipe drea. Hendo’s hoverboard can float
only an inch or so above the ground. Just 10 are being made to order (so far). This hoverboard made its fictional debut 25
years ago in a movie called ‘Back to the Future-Part II’.

McFly. It’s still really a cool invention, isn’t it?
