Welcome to the Finals of QBL19!!
Congratulations to our SBL men and women who are both
playing off in the semi-finals today and to our QBL Men who
meet Logan today in the do-or-die finals series – no second
chances here this is “game on”.
The finals series for the men should be interesting because
for the first time in a long time two South teams have filled
1st and 2nd on the ladder with the 4 north teams (Cairns,
Townsville, Mackay and Rockhampton) filling 3rd through to
6th. So week 1 of the finals sees the north v north and south
v south teams play each other to advance to the semis.

Also on a separate matter Brisbane Basketball is hosting with
BBC a game between Brisbane Bullets Invitational team v
Creighton College a Division 1 Big East team here on Monday
night 12th August at 7pm, tickets are only available on line

Finishing top of the ladder offers us the home court
