Using a unique attitude to

customer service, they treat

their tenants like guests at a

top hotel. One guest said,

“Nothing appears to be difficult;

it’s like one big family”.

The organisation arranges out of the

ordinary events for their guests, for example competitions, live art, free bicycle tuning, dance classes and much more. JLL said “We aspire to be the best; the first thing we switch on in the morning is our people, creating a warm welcome every day. We dare to be different surprising someone everyday and we go to any length to make the unexpected possible”

JLL have received an outstanding number of customer nominations across the 30 buildings using The WOW! Awards. These nominations highlight that each building delivers high quality customer service, go the extra mile to be the best and use imaginative ways to delight their customers.

An independent panel of judges selected JLL as their chosen winner. They described the organisation as “A powerful group who feel empowered to deliver and delight their customers in all possible ways. They clearly make their guests feel very special”.

The teams at JLL have demonstrated that they really do place their guests at the heart of everything they do.
