WOW! Another Amazing Year of Outstanding Customer Service!
On Monday 24th November, The WOW! Awards 2014 Annual Gala Awards ceremony was held at The Brewery in London, 321 guests attended the event and it was a memorable day for all. The ceremony was hosted by chief executive, Derek Williams, and was supported by the generous sponsorship of Objective HR.
Individuals and teams from a diverse range of organisations triumphed in the various categories. The awards really did recognise individuals and organisations that go “above and beyond the call of duty” – people who strive to do more than is expected of them to deliver exceptional service to their customers and who have delighted their customers enough to be nominated. These awards truly reflect the high standards of customer service in the UK and beyond.
On the day there was a charity raffle in aid of Great Ormond Street. A huge thank you to everyone who bought tickets, and well done to the lucky winners. We raised £2994.00!
We at The WOW! Awards would like to say a big thank you to all who attended the event. You are an inspiration to so many people and you really helped to make it a special day. Working with such great people and organisations makes our job fulfilling and worthwhile, and you never cease to amaze us with the brilliant things you do.
Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists and nominees and well done to all of our winners. You should all be really proud of your achievements and the brilliant service you provide to your customers.
Keep doing the amazing things that you do, and we hope many of you are back with us at the 2015 Gala Awards Ceremony when we will no doubt hear even more brilliant, heart-warming stories of achievement.
