The greenhouse effect happens because of human activity and it
causes an increase of normal temperature. This is known as climate
change or global warming.
Now the world is about one degree Celsius warmer than before
industrialisation. It causes melting ice, rising sea levels and ocean
temperature and one of the consequences of it is damaged coral
reefs.
It also exacerbates large, uncontrolled fires around the world,
especially in Australia and America. As a result, many animals die or
are left homeless.
Climate change also affects plants and animals. It includes earlier
flowering of plants and changes in the residence areas of animals.

Climate changes also increases the appearance of more violent
meteorological phenomena like droughts, fires, the death of animal
and plant species, the overflow of rivers and lakes, the appearance of
climate refugees, the destruction of livelihoods and economic
resources and all the consequences that we suffer.
