When someone visits a city for the first time. A nice place in New York is the Statue of Liberty it’s a symbol of hope, you can find in the liberty Island. In the statue’s pedestal is written a Emma Lazarus’s poem to show the ideas that this monument has to remind us: democracy, solidarity and liberty. It’s important because it’s the first american thing that many migrants see. The crown is the highest place open for visitors but it’s closed for season. The views from crown’s viewer are very nice. You can take the best photos of Manhattan from this place. If you want to visit the statue you have to get to the Battery park early to take the ferry.
