In the heart of Florence, just moments from the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, the new W Florence Hotel by Marriott Group enhances the heritage of a historic Rationalist-Modernist building. Over time, the property hosted the prestigious Grand Hotel Majestic and the historic Banca Popolare di Novara; today, it welcomes a contemporary, international hospitality concept.
Its revival was driven by Genius Loci Architettura( GLA) for the architecture and international studio AvroKO for the interior design, successfully reinterpreting its identity through a refined contemporary language in keeping with the highest sustainability standards.
