Set within an eleven-hectare park surrounding the resort and overlooking the lake, the five villas are carefully integrated into the natural landscape of Lake Garda’ s western shoreline. Their biophilic architecture, featuring planted green roofs, is embedded into the gently sloping terrain that descends towards the water, allowing the residences to blend seamlessly with their surroundings.
The collection comprises three two-bedroom villas, one three-bedroom villa and one penthouse. Ranging from 300 square metres, each residence is arranged on a single level and features a private garden and infinity pool. Together, they represent the next evolution of the resort, expressed through a contemporary architectural language defined by expansive glazing, a restrained natural palette and refined stone detailing.
This architectural vocabulary continues throughout the interiors, which draw inspiration from both the local landscape and the elegance of 1960s yachting
design. Floors are finished in Travertino Classico, creating a seamless continuity between the living and sleeping areas, all characterised by calm, neutral tones. The walls are finished with raw silk wallcoverings, showcasing the excellence of Italian craftsmanship, alternated with lacquered boiserie and, in the penthouse, Calacatta Oro marble surfaces, creating a subtle interplay of textures and tactile contrasts. Overhead, recessed ceilings featuring Canaletto walnut detailing and integrated lighting enhance the sense of warmth and sophistication.
