A Mediterranean bakery needing full visibility of freshly prepared produce. We fabricated a bespoke granite countertop imported from Greece, beneath ambient glass display refrigeration, with counter displays for sandwiches, cakes and confectionery set at different levels to ease workflow. Upright cabinets were installed for frozen cakes and drinks, and a Roller Grill toaster and crepe machine fitted along the back bar. Contact us for a bespoke fabrication for your own business.
Aunties Kitchen
A fresh, high-volume restaurant concept that needed a kitchen built for speed, comfort and low running costs. We designed and fabricated a commercial kitchen around ergonomic prep, cook and pass zones, with Unox Cheftop-X stacked combi ovens, Adande refrigerated drawers, Foster G3 refrigeration and a Synergy gas grill all specified to cut energy costs. A bespoke front counter display was fabricated to showcase the food and strengthen the brand at the point of service.
