Gary Sushi Restaurant- STUDIO CRUZARK-
Gary Sushi Restaurant is a contemporary architectural proposal developed in the municipality of Facatativá- Cundinamarca, Colombia, distinguished by its honest and expressive design. The project is located in a traditionally residential sector made up of singlefamily homes, which in recent years has undergone a gradual transformation toward commercial use due to the construction of nearby shopping centers. This context of urban change was decisive in the conceptualization of the project, which seeks to integrate with its surroundings while contributing identity and architectural value.
Across 305 square meters, the design is developed on two main levels and a walkable rooftop with technical services. The ground floor is divided into two functional areas— a service zone and a dining room— both of which run longitudinally and are directly connected through the service bars, allowing for efficient operation and fluid circulation.
