Studio Shayne Brady Unveils Interiors for MOR at Carbis Bay Estate, Cornwall

Studio Shayne Brady has revealed the interiors for MOR, the highly anticipated new restaurant by celebrated chef Tom Sellers, at the Carbis Bay Estate in St Ives, Cornwall. Designed as an immersive coastal dining destination, the restaurant draws from Cornwall’ s dramatic landscape, while layering influences from Japanese minimalism, British craft and sensory storytelling.
Positioned overlooking the white sands of Carbis Bay, MOR marks the first opening outside London for Sellers’ HiStory Hospitality group, as well as Studio Shayne Brady’ s first regional project within the UK. The restaurant is led day-to-day by Executive Chef Tom Anglesea, with menus centred around local produce, seasonal seafood and a raw bar concept inspired by the rhythms of land and sea.
