Phyllo Bakehouse
The bakery required a bespoke counter shaped to fit the workflow of the café finished with a Corian worktop. Ambient glass display cabinets were designed it sit on top with the Corian worktop bordering the glass for a flush look. A large cookie display cabinet was also fabricated and installed as per the clients wishes. Opposite the counter, a full bespoke fabricated wash area and prep station was designed and fitted. Moi – Restaurant
A premium Japanese dining spot in Soho that required a stylish upstairs cocktail area that had Williams undercounter fridges all sat under bespoke fabricated worktops for a flush and seamless look. Moi also had a stunning open-plan kitchen with Adande Drawers for the chefs ease, as well as a downstairs omakase and cocktail bar to align with their Japanese theme. Both floors supported by two prep areas.
