Parador’ s Taterra Eco-Flooring Takes Centre Stage at Baldi, Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills

Baldi at the Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills presents a contemporary interpretation of the Italian steakhouse, shaped through material richness, layered architecture, and a strong sense of hospitality ritual. Designed by Ezequiel Farca Studio for restaurateur Edoardo Baldi, the project balances refinement with warmth, creating an environment that feels intimate, tactile, and timeless. Central to the design is the integration of Parador’ s Eco-Flooring, Taterra – specified in a sophisticated herringbone format that anchors the entire spatial composition with warmth, structure, and organic elegance.
Inspired by the culture of Italian dining and gathering, the interior draws on terracotta hues, walnut and oak detailing, richly veined marble, supple leather, and sculptural greenery. More than a practical surface, the Parador flooring acts as an architectural framework within the interior, introducing rhythm, movement, and visual continuity while reinforcing the project’ s layered material language.
