Inspirational Spaces: Shortlisted at the BIID Interior Design Awards 2026

For five years, the British Institute of Interior Design( BIID) has celebrated the best of British and International interior design through its annual awards programme. For the first time, entries were invited in separate commercial and residential categories, allowing a larger space for recognising commercial projects within the shortlist. This year’ s shortlisted commercial projects highlight the incredible vision of hospitality designers across the UK and beyond.
JB-ID – Toll House Inn A Grade II listed pub and restaurant with rooms above, the Toll House Inn was fully renovated to define the ground floor as a dedicated restaurant, separate bar and function room. Using the history and features of the building, alongside local sculpture and landmarks, the design was developed to embody its surroundings and locality.
