How The Christmas Decorators Delivered Greater Festive Impact Across Eight Fuller’ s Pubs

For the hospitality industry, the festive season is a crucial trading period, making guest experience and first impressions more important than ever. When a number of Fuller’ s venues sought to enhance their Christmas displays, they were looking for a decorating partner capable of delivering greater visual impact than previous installations while reflecting the premium quality, heritage and character associated with one of Britain’ s most recognised pub and hospitality brands.
The partnership grew organically over several years, starting with individual Fuller’ s pubs collaborating with their local Christmas Decorators franchise teams. Through quality installations, responsive service and an understanding of each venue’ s unique requirements, trusted relationships led to recommendations across the Fuller’ s network, resulting in additional venues partnering with The Christmas Decorators.
By Christmas 2025, eight venues had come together as part of a coordinated festive programme. Although each pub had its own architectural style, customer base and operational considerations, the objective was to create luxurious festive environments that felt connected through consistent styling and colour palettes while remaining authentic to each location.
A key part of the project’ s success was the collaborative approach between local franchise teams and venue managers. Before designs were developed, franchisees visited each site to understand the venue’ s character, operational requirements and opportunities for bespoke features.
This process revealed a variety of unique considerations across the project. At The Counting House, the historic architecture and traditional character of the building lent itself to Fuller’ s timeless red and gold branding colours, while
