Following a £ 16m capital investment delivered by RBH’ s Capital Projects team in partnership with its owners, the property has now been repositioned as a contemporary lifestyle destination. The project was the largest ever completed by RBH Hospitality Management and marks a clear evolution of the property in both its market positioning and commercial strategy, with a clear goal of strengthening asset performance and future revenue potential in a highly competitive city-centre market.
This collaborative approach between RBH and the hotel’ s owners is a big part of their success as a business.
