- HRC-
HRC, The Pub Show and International Salon Culinaire will return to Excel London from 30 March to 1 April, with the brand-new addition of Hospitality Tech360, for three days of industry learning, supplier discovery and opportunities for operators to make new connections.
For hospitality professionals, these events offer a unique platform to explore a hugely diverse range of products and services across food, drink, technology, interiors, catering equipment, and culinary excellence.
With the sector continuing to navigate shifting customer expectations, rising costs and rapid technological change, the 2026 edition is shaped by the theme The Power of Us, celebrating the people and partnerships that sit at the heart of hospitality.
Visitors can find suppliers representing every corner of the hospitality and food ecosystem. From backof-house equipment and ingredient innovation to digital platforms, premium drinks, service solutions and operational support, the breadth of exhibitors reflects the evolving needs of modern hospitality businesses.
Across the events, operators can explore six content stages, each focused on a different area of business insight and featuring a range of panel discussions, trends presentations, live demos and more.
The Vision Stage will host strategic discussions that look at the broader forces shaping hospitality, from market performance to consumer expectations. The Future of Drinks stage will explore developments across the drinks category, reflecting the sector’ s ongoing diversification and the opportunities for pubs, bars and restaurants to meet changing guest preferences. Chef HQ and Pastry HQ, both curated by Chef Publishing, will bring chefs and pâtissiers together to examine culinary trends, operational realities and the skills shaping professional kitchens, with live demos and chef masterclasses.
