MOI, London’ s NEW Energy Conscious Commercial Kitchen
Our team at Roneford Catering brought MOI’ s vision to life with fully bespoke Commercial Kitchens and Omakase Bar design, crafted to meet the demands of a premium fine dining experience. Two commercial kitchens, two bar areas and prep kitchen- across both floors- were designed to deliver seamless service combining precision cooking with striking visual impact. Roneford Catering selected advanced, low-energy equipment such as Rational ovens, Adande Drawers, Fagor & Foster Refrigeration, Williams Bottle coolers, as well as an Angelo Po cookline. These Commercial Equipment choices not only cut energy consumption and operational costs but also enhance workflow and commercial kitchen ergonomics. The result is a future-focused restaurant that combines sleek design with sustainable, efficient operation. In addition to the energy star compliant catering equipment, the project incorporated bespoke stainless-steel fabrications throughout all areas to achieve a seamless, cohesive finish.
The bottle coolers were built flush into the counters, creating a practical setup that enhances both aesthetics and functionality. Custom pull-out Keg Trolleys and Preparation Stations were designed to optimise space and ensure smooth service flow during peak periods. These features support high volume services, for a futureproof, high-performance commercial kitchen and bar that pairs refined design with sustainable innovation. By blending aesthetic detailing, operational functionality and energy efficiency, MOI now stands as a bold new destination for an elevated Japanese dining experience in London’ s Soho dining scene.
