Independent Hotel Show 2025 to explore a theme of Redefining Luxury
- INDEPENDENT HOTEL SHOW-
Registration is now open for Independent Hotel Show 2025, in partnership with James Hallam Insurance Brokers, which returns to Olympia London on 6 – 7 October.
As the UK’ s only trade event dedicated to the boutique, independent and luxury hotel sector, the show brings together thousands of hoteliers, designers and hospitality leaders for two days of networking, discussion and high-quality product sourcing.
The 2025 edition will centre on the theme Redefining Luxury, exploring how the concept is shifting to meet evolving guest expectations. Across three stages more than 80 industry leaders will address the increasing importance of personalisation, sustainable choices, timeless design and emotional connection, providing hoteliers with practical ideas to adapt and grow in a changing market. Speakers from across the sector will share perspectives on how these elements are influencing operations, investment decisions and guest experience.
Discussing the theme of Redefining Luxury for this year’ s event, Independent Hotel Show Event Manager Glenn Wallace comments:“ For today’ s travellers, polished sameness no longer holds appeal. Guests are looking for experiences that are meaningful and emotionally resonant, and they are willing to pay for authenticity over opulence. For hoteliers, personalisation is paramount. It’ s a word that comes up time and time again when we discuss luxury: creating once-in-a-lifetime moments that remain with guests long after departure.
“ Beyond exceptional service, sustainability and inclusivity must be built into every stage of the guest journey. Modern travellers want to feel they are making a positive impact and are truly included, and hotels that embrace this ethos will create connections that last well beyond a single stay.”
The show’ s seminar programme will not only address evolving definitions of luxury in the hotel space, but will bring in speakers such as Roger Saul, Founder of
