GAIA Skincare Marks a New Chapter in International Growth

The female-founded spa and wellness brand, GAIA Skincare, has entered an ambitious phase of global expansion. Strengthening its presence across Europe, the GAIA team have established new spa partnerships in Greece and Hungary, and marked its first footprint in South Africa. These strategic developments reflect the brand’ s commitment to delivering holistic, nature-inspired wellness on an international scale.
With a strong foundation of over 50 spa partners across the UK and Ireland, GAIA’ s Global Head of Sales, Jessica Scullion, turned focus toward international growth— building on previous success in Romania. Alongside Founder Diane Nettleton and a dedicated logistics team, the brand worked to navigate new post-Brexit regulations and establish efficient distribution networks, ensuring GAIA’ s seamless entry into new markets.

In early 2025, GAIA launched at SANté Wellness Retreat and Spa in South Africa. A leading destination for integrated wellness, SANté offers a holistic approach to health with state-of-the-art facilities including a bio-energy centre and health-optimizing clinic— making it a natural fit for GAIA’ s ethos of restorative healing through nature.
Shortly after, GAIA partnered with Ella Resorts in Greece, debuting at two premium island destinations:

GAIA’ s most recent launch is with Le Primore Hotel & Spa, Hungary’ s newest and largest spa resort. Nestled within an 11,000 m ² natural setting, Le Primore offers 285 luxurious rooms and an extensive spa experience including a bio sauna, traditional Finnish sauna, tepidarium, infrared sauna, steam room, ice sauna, and a cold plunge pool.
