MOI – SOHO – JAPANESE CUISINE
MOI Restaurant, a bold new high-end dining concept at 84 Wardour Street, Soho, combines progressive culinary vision with sustainable kitchen engineering. Our brief was to create fully bespoke commercial kitchens and cocktail bars across two floors, focusing on energy efficiency, workflow ergonomics, unique bar aesthetics, and seamless functionality. The result is two state-of-the-art commercial kitchens and two striking professional bars, featuring Rational Combi Ovens, Adande Drawer Refrigeration, Foster G3 Refrigeration, Hoshizaki Ice Machines, and an Angelo Po Cookline— all carefully chosen to reduce energy consumption, extend equipment life, and lower heat output. Bespoke highlights include multidirectional cocktail bars, high-polish stainless steel panels, ergonomic prep and pass sections, and custom washing areas. GRILANDIA – MAYFAIR – LEBANESE
Grilandia Mayfair is one of 5 Grilandia locations we have worked with that required a full back-of-house design tailored to the clients’ specifications alongside a full front-of-house proposal of durable Crockery, Glassware, Cutlery and Table Presentations to compliment the décor and cuisine, maximising their high-end service. The Kitchen was equipped with a range of high-performance, energy-efficient equipment including a Blue Seal Gas Cookline, and a Unox Combi Oven. Intricate bespoke curved fabrications were also designed and installed to suit the cocktail bar’ s efficiency needs.
