Speciality & Fine Food Fair will return to Olympia on 9-10 September to welcome the speciality food and drink community for two days of discovery, networking and innovation. From independent retailers to hoteliers, restaurateurs, caterers and many more, visitors can expect to uncover the latest artisanal products from the UK and around the world.
One of the Fair’ s most exciting features is the Start-Up Village, spotlighting up-and-coming brands making their debut. This year’ s lineup, which has grown significantly for 2025, includes tea specialists Krocus & Co, indulgent hand-crafted luxury bakes from Dujour Bakehouse, bold sauce creators TOSS, and Sussex spirit brand Seagull Gin & Rum. The show will also welcome an impressive selection of international exhibitors, bringing global flavours and innovations to the UK’ s thriving speciality market.
A new addition for this year’ s event is the Village Square, a vibrant networking hub at the heart of the Fair which will also play host to a number of guided partner tastings across the two days of the event.
Returning for 2025 is the Pitch Live competition, hosted in partnership with IND! E, where a curated selection of up-and-coming producer will pitch their products live on stage, giving visitors the opportunity to hear directly from the entrepreneurs behind the brands.
The Food for Thought stage provides insights from across the sector, offering panels and presentations on consumer trends, retail strategy, and challenges facing independents.
