Additional assets include the Vilamoura marina, the Vilamoura Equestrian Centre, and a state-of-the-art Sports Centre currently in planning. Since July 2023, DETAILS has prioritized investment in Vilamoura, focusing on luxury residential opportunities and enhanced amenities, with the goal of establishing the Algarve as a premier destination for golfers and luxury travellers worldwide.

• Lush Outdoor Areas & Wellness Facilities – Expanded fitness and spa amenities, a pool deck, and tranquil landscaped gardens that will enhance relaxation and reconnection with nature.

The Hyatt Regency Vilamoura project will emphasize the use of locally sourced materials, energy-efficient solutions, and an environmentally conscious approach, ensuring a luxury experience that is both responsible and enduring.
The Future of Hospitality in Vilamoura This transformation is part of a broader strategic investment in Vilamoura, marking a new era for luxury hospitality in the Algarve. By merging Hyatt’ s globally recognized service standards with THDP’ s expertise in hospitality design, the Hyatt Regency Vilamoura will set a new benchmark for contemporary elegance in Portugal. The first phase of renovations is expected to be completed by summer 2025, with the hotel fully rebranded by 2026.
