Join the hospitality industry at HRC 2025

A popular returning feature at HRC will be Chef HQ , curated by Chef Publishing , a stage , demo kitchen and networking area which in 2024 featured a live demo from celebrity chef Glynn Purnell , a session with HRC Chef Ambassador Lisa Goodwin-Allen and 2023 Young National Chef of the Year Sam Dixon , a conversation with Great British Menu contestant Adam Smith , and a must-attend ‘ in conversation ’ with industry legendary Pierre Koffmann as he reflected on a career spanning over 55 years .
HRC , part of Food , Drink & Hospitality Week , will bring together the hotel , restaurant and catering sectors on 17-19 March at Excel London to connect , collaborate and discover new supplier partners .
Celebrating its 90th year in 2025 , HRC is the ultimate business event for the UK hospitality industry , offering owners and operators unparalleled opportunities to connect with industry peers , explore a vast array of innovative products and services , and stay informed on the latest trends , research , and case studies .
HRC is divided into four key show sections : Hospitality Tech , Professional Kitchen , Furniture , Interiors & Tableware , and Foodservice . Each section allows hospitality professionals to easily discover new and existing suppliers providing everything needed to streamline their business offering and elevate their customer experience .
Visitors to HRC will have the opportunity to hear from industry leaders across the hotel , restaurant and catering sectors on the show ’ s Vision Stage , in partnership with Future Menus by Unilever Solutions , designed by Harp Design . Plus , the TechX stage , in partnership with Foodsteps will provide invaluable insights and case studies for operators to perfect their tech stack and make innovative tech work in their business .
One of the highlights of the Vision Stage seminar programme will be a keynote session with Adejoké Bakare , Founder and Head Chef of Chishuru and the first black woman in Britain to earn a Michelin Star , interviewed by The Future Plate Founder Julian George .
This year HRC has unveiled a number of new ambassadors from the hospitality industry who are helping to steer the direction and content of the event .
