The range includes 25 ready-made sauces , crafted from a secret family recipe :
- Tomato-based ( e . g ., Arrabiata , Napolitana )

- Curry ( e . g ., Thai Curry )
- Culinary-focused ( e . g ., Peppercorn , Hollandaise , Mushroom )

These sauces are freshly prepared , then pasteurized or sterilized , and sealed in 1kg microwavable doypacks for convenient storage and use . The packs can be heated in a microwave , steamer , or bain-marie , offering flexibility for any kitchen . The products have a shelf life of 12 to 18 months at room temperature , and up to three days refrigerated after opening .
The range also includes over 40 fresh frozen IQF pastas :
