The event boasts an exceptional lineup of local and national chef talent , featuring renowned names such as Stosi Madi of the Parkers Arms , Clitheroe ; Sally Abe of The Pem , London ; Tom Barnes of Skof , Manchester ; Mursal Saiq of Cue Point , London ; Farida Hamad of Erst , Manchester ; and many more , including the Fenix team .
Chef Mary-Ellen McTague said : “ We cannot wait to come together to celebrate our wonderful hospitality scene and the launch of NRB and continue to raise essential funds for Eat Well MCR !” The team has set their sights on an ambitious target of £ 20,000 “ to surpass last year ’ s fundraising achievements , having raised £ 16,485 . The funds generated will support the ongoing mission of delivering chef-made meals to those in need , sustaining Eat Well MCR ’ s impactful work within the community .”
