Cowgirl Lounge - CAVE HOTEL -
Back in June I had the pleasure of attending the launch of the Cowgirl Lounge at one of Kent ’ s most fashionable locations . Nestled in the outskirts of Canterbury in Kent , is home to the beautiful Cave Hotel & Golf Resort . The venue has recently become a popular destination for many of their special experiences , from their Firepit Restaurant , luxury rooms , incredible 18-hole golf course , The Korean Cowgirl restaurant and now the Cowgirl Lounge .
From the moment I arrived , I was very impressed by the beautiful surroundings . The Cowgirl Lounge was elegant and sophisticated . A place you could imagine relaxing with a cocktail or two !
The lounge has been created for guests to move seamlessly from drinks and light bites to dinner , taking a seat in the Cowgirl Lounge dining areas to choose from the renowned Korean Cowgirl menu which features group executive chef John Bingley ’ s low-and-slow cooked Cowgirl Meats , which are cooked in the house offset smokers by the in-house pitmasters .
