Coming a long way from its beginnings as Hub on St . Ives harbour in 2003 , Hub Box , first appeared in Truro in 2012 - popping up in a shipping container to create a fun vibrant place for locals and tourists to enjoy . Hub Box now has 10 restaurants across the UK , with further expansion plans for 2022 .
