Under the recent acquisition of Michel Reybier Hospitality , the hotel , which was built in 1909 and operated as a hotel since , has been totally transformed from its tree-lined roof top with panoramic views – now home to Peruvian / Japanese restaurant and bar La Muña - to bottom , where Eden Kitchen & Bar serves up international dishes with a Swiss twist under the helm of chef Marco Ortolani .
