pavilion, Rùn sets the scene for relaxed and
social dining with seasonal Cantonese cuisine
prepared with passion that is acclaimed
Michelin-starred Chef Hung Chi-Kwong’s
trademark. Culinary highlights include dim
sum, seafood, signature roasts and nourishing
soups - altogether an exciting contemporary
take on classic Chinese cuisine.
The Drawing Room and The Terrace
The captivating ambience at The Drawing
Room transforms from day to night along
with its spectrum of offerings. The Drawing
Room will serve a fresh, seasonal menu of
international dishes throughout the day.
Afternoon Tea is served at 5:30pm, the St.
Regis Champagne Sabering ritual will also
take place.
The St. Regis Bar Patron of the Arts
The St. Regis Bar is an intimate haven
discreetly tucked away next to the Drawing
Room and Terrace. Signature cocktails evoke
a tale of two cities with New York’s subway
and Hong Kong’s tram, both launched in
1904, the same year that the St. Regis New
York was founded, providing the inspiration
for 14 unique cocktails, including the classic
Bloody Mary, first invented at St. Regis New
York and a Hong Kong curated Canto Mary. The St. Regis Hong Kong features carefully
curated art works including paintings and
sculptures by talented international artists
throughout the hotel. The St. Regis Bar mural
was thoughtfully conceptualised by Beijing-
born Zhang Gong to communicate the strong
narrative of Hong Kong’s past and present,
expressed with a selected colour palette and
special painting techniques. The St. Regis
Bar mural takes centre stage and depicts the
historical and cultural elements of Wan Chai.
The artist’s main inspiration was Hong Kong’s
rich history, its people, colonial past and
natural landscape. In conclusion, the mural
is a true depiction of Hong Kong’s history,
cultural, natural resources and its special
characteristics. It also highlights symbolic
elements unique to the city, reflecting its
past and present, and its blend of Chinese
and Western cultures presented in a lively
way.
Events & Special Occasions
Nearly 12,000 sq. ft. of event space across
five venues. The opulent and cathedral-like
5,576-square foot, pillar-free Astor Ballroom
features a 21-foot high ceiling and space for
500 guests, perfect for large functions and
weddings. Two versatile Rockefeller venues
accommodate board meetings and high-
end events with audiovisual enhancements
including high-speed Wi-Fi and a large
mounted LED screen and digital flip boards.
For weddings, the Caroline Astor room is
specially designed for pre-bridal gatherings.
Guests enjoy private elevator access to all
meeting spaces from the hotel entrance and
